> First Creation Digital is a small Chicago company that builds the Desk: a phone front desk for plumbing, HVAC and electrical shops with about 2 to 10 trucks. The Desk's assistant, Pearl, answers the calls a shop can't pick up, asks trade-specific questions, writes a job brief for the technician and books the job into the shop's Google Calendar.

## What is true today (October 2026)

- The Desk is in its founding-shop stage. Founding shops go live on November 1, 2026; founding spots are limited. There are no paying customers, reviews or customer results yet, and this site does not claim any.
- Pearl discloses on every call: "Thanks for calling [shop], this is Pearl, the shop's AI assistant, and this call is recorded."
- Booking works with Google Calendar. Connections to Jobber and Housecall Pro are in progress, built with the founding shops.
- Photo follow-up by text or email, and scheduling around drive time between jobs, are part of the app the founding shops help finish.
- The Desk bundle also covers "AI visibility": questions callers ask Pearl become the shop's website FAQ, booked jobs trigger a review request, and the shop's Google Business Profile and structured data are kept current.

## Pricing and terms

- Priced to each shop and quoted on a 10-minute call. No prices are published.
- No setup fee. Month one is free from go-live. Card on file; first charge on day 31. Cancel any time by text.
- Guarantee: if Pearl doesn't book at least 3 jobs the shop would otherwise have missed in the first 30 days, month two is free too. A job counts only if it came from a call the shop didn't pick up (after hours or busy).
