First Creation Digital LLC builds websites, manages Google listings and runs missed-call text-back for local businesses. This page says what we collect, why, and who else touches it.
What we collect
- From our contact form: your name, business name, phone number and what you tell us about the business. We use it to reply to you and to build the preview page you asked for.
- From calls and texts: when you call a number we operate, we log the calling number, the time, how long the call lasted and whether it was answered. We do not record calls. If you text that number, we keep the conversation so the business can reply.
- From our clients: the business details needed to build and run their site and listing.
Text messages
If you call a business we serve and the call is missed, you may get one text from that number saying the business missed you and asking what you need. Replies go to the business. Message frequency depends on your conversation.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages, or HELP for help. After STOP you will get one confirmation and nothing further.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only companies that handle a number are the service providers listed below, and only to deliver the messages.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers, each only for the job named:
- Cloudflare hosts our websites and stores form submissions and call logs.
- Twilio carries calls and text messages.
- Resend delivers the email that tells us a form was submitted.
- Microsoft 365 runs our email.
- Stripe processes client payments. We never see or store card numbers.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and call logs are kept while they are useful for following up and for the monthly report a client receives, then deleted. A client's own call logs and customer data belong to that client and go with them if they leave.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email morgan@firstcreationdigital.com and we will answer within a few business days.
