These terms cover this website and the text messages sent from numbers First Creation Digital LLC operates. Paying clients also have a written service agreement, and where the two differ, the agreement wins.
Text messages
- What they are: when you call First Creation Digital at (312) 815-2081, or a business we serve, and nobody can pick up, you may receive a text from that number asking what you need, so they can get back to you. Replies go to that business. This is published next to our number on our home page.
- How you start them: by calling the number. We do not text people who have not called or texted first.
- How often: one text after a missed call; after that, only replies in a conversation you are having. Frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, per your mobile plan.
- Stopping: reply STOP at any time and you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email morgan@firstcreationdigital.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
